Intimacy & Desire Coaching
Rebuild closeness without pressure or blame
Who It's For
Individuals and couples who feel a gap between how much intimacy they want and how much they're actually having. People navigating mismatched desire, a fading spark after years together, or discomfort around physical closeness.
Recognizable Signs
Sex or touch has become a source of tension instead of connection. One partner wants more closeness than the other. You avoid initiating because you're afraid of being turned down, or of disappointing your partner.
What Coaching Is — and Isn't
Intimacy and desire coaching is practical, body-aware support for reconnecting with pleasure and closeness — it is not sex therapy and does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. If a medical issue or deeper psychological concern is present, I'll help you find the right licensed provider alongside or instead of coaching.
Method
Somatic, body-based coaching paired with honest conversation — we work with the nervous system and the body, not just talk about the problem, so desire and ease can actually return.
Process
Initial fit call, then an assessment session to understand your history and current dynamic, then a tailored plan of individual or couples sessions, plus practices to use at home.
