Sessions run via Zoom, with the same structure, depth, and confidentiality (subject to the legal and safety exceptions in the coaching agreement) as in-person sessions.
What's Different Online vs. In Person
Somatic practices are adapted for video — guided breathwork and awareness exercises translate well. Anything involving in-person touch is, by definition, in-person only.
