COACHING AGREEMENT

Effective Date: April 26, 2026

This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

Inbar Reiter (“Coach”), located at:

501 Golden Isles Dr STE 206A, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009

AND

You (“Client”)

By selecting the acceptance checkbox and/or purchasing, booking, or participating in any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Coach provides personal development coaching services, including:

• Sex and intimacy coaching

• Relationship coaching

• Personal growth and emotional awareness

• Individual, couples, and group sessions

Services may include conversation, guided exercises, somatic practices, and experiential techniques.

All services are educational, experiential, and non-clinical in nature.

2. PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER

You acknowledge and agree:

• The Coach is not a licensed medical, psychological, or healthcare provider

• Services are not therapy, medical treatment, or diagnosis

• No medical, psychological, or legal advice is provided

You are solely responsible for seeking licensed professionals when needed.

3. SOMATIC COACHING, CONSENT TO TOUCH & BOUNDARIES

You understand that coaching may include somatic (body-based) practices.

Nature of Somatic Work

May include:

• Breathwork

• Movement

• Guided awareness

• Non-sexual, professional touch

Consent

You agree:

• No physical contact will occur without your explicit, real-time consent

• You may refuse, stop, or modify any interaction at any time

• Consent may be withdrawn at any time without penalty

Strict Prohibition of Sexual Activity

You acknowledge and agree:

• No sexual services, acts, or engagement are provided or permitted

• All interaction is strictly professional and non-sexual

Any violation of these boundaries may result in immediate termination without refund.

Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks related to somatic participation and release the Coach from any related claims.

4. SESSION FORMAT

Sessions may occur:

• In person

• Virtually (e.g., Zoom)

Scheduling is arranged between you and the Coach.

5. SCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

• Minimum 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule

• Late cancellations or no-shows result in:

  • Session forfeiture

  • Full charge applied

6. FEES, PAYMENT & NO REFUNDS

You agree:

• Payment is required in advance

• Accepted methods may include PayPal, Zelle, credit card, or cash

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of:

• Satisfaction

• Results

• Participation

• Personal circumstances

Payments secure time and availability only.

Chargebacks or disputes constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

• No results are guaranteed

• Outcomes depend entirely on your effort and circumstances

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for:

• Your decisions and actions

• Your physical, emotional, and mental well-being

• How you apply coaching guidance

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Coach will maintain confidentiality except:

• When required by law

• To prevent harm

• Under legal obligation

You acknowledge that digital communications are not fully secure.

10. RECORDINGS

• You may not record sessions without written consent

• The Coach may retain notes for legal and operational purposes

11. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand participation may involve emotional or personal challenges and voluntarily assume all risks.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Coach is not liable for:

• Any damages (direct or indirect)

• Emotional distress

• Relationship outcomes

• Financial or personal loss

13. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

You release and discharge the Coach from all claims arising from your participation in coaching services.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Coach from any claims or damages resulting from:

• Your actions

• Your use of services

• Your violation of this Agreement

15. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

You acknowledge:

• Participation is voluntary

• You may stop at any time

• No coercion is involved

16. ELIGIBILITY

You confirm:

• You are at least 18 years old, or

• You have legal parental/guardian consent

17. TERMINATION

The Coach may terminate services at any time for:

• Boundary violations

• Inappropriate behavior

• Safety concerns

No refunds will be issued.

18. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of:

State of Florida

All disputes shall be resolved in:

Broward County, Florida

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You agree to attempt good-faith resolution before legal action.

You waive the right to participate in class actions and agree to bring claims individually.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties.

21. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

22. MODIFICATIONS

The Coach may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

23. DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE

By checking the acceptance box and/or purchasing or participating in services, you:

• Agree this constitutes a legally binding electronic signature

• Confirm you have read and understood this Agreement

• Agree to all terms voluntarily
